Vinyl has become the material of choice for residential home improvements. Consumers are focusing on “green materials”, a new urbanism design and aging in place products. Lastly, with so many people staying in there homes longer and willing to spend less time on home maintenance, vinyl siding is affordable and virtually maintenance free.

Milliken Millworks has a new standard flip-lever astragal. This feature allows both bolts to be engaged with one simply flip of the lever. The floating boot feature is spring-loaded and secured in place when the lever is flipped. The 4 way adjustable strike retainer provides for better compression of the weatherstripping.
